2 Cups Wheat Flour
3/4 cup chopped Spinach (Palak)
1/2 chopped ginger
3 cloves Garlic
1 green chili
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
3 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
How to Make:
Clean spinach and coriander leaves using water. Chop spinach, ginger, coriander leaves, garlic and green chili.
For making a smooth paste grind spinach, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves.
Now making a dough combine 3/4 of the wheat flour, 2 teaspoon oil, salt and spinach paste in a bowl and add water. Make a soft dough.
Now make dough ball and coat with dry wheat flour. With the help of rolling pin, roll it out into a round paratha.
Now place it on a heated tava and cook each side with 1/2 teaspoon oil until brown.
Place butter cube over hot Paratha and serve with tomato chutney.
