-> After registration you received our mail, from where you get steps for login your account. So please check and login.

-> If you didn't get our mail due to some mailing issue then please check your spam/ junk folders or contact us at care@refreshmall.com

QUES 2. How To login my Account?

ANS. Here are the steps:-

-> First please our site - https://refreshmall.com/ 

-> Then click on "Your Account" Tab and click "Sign up" link.

-> Now enter your login details which you set during registration. 

QUES 3. How to login my account when I forgot my password?

ANS. Here are the steps:-

-> First please our site - https://refreshmall.com/ 

-> Then click on "Your Account" Tab and click "Forgot your password" link.

-> Now follow the instructions and set your new password. 

ISSUES RELATED TO ORDERS:-

QUES 1. How can I track my orders and payment?

ANS. Here are the steps:-

-> After login into your account, just click on your "account name" (like nikita goyal) on top side menu bar.

-> Now here you can see your all information, orders, slips, addresses, vouchers and wishlist. 

-> From here you can also edit your information and address.

QUES 2. How do I cancel or edit my orders before make a payment?

ANS. Here are the steps:-

-> After logging into your account. Go to your shopping cart.

-> You can enter into your cart using any one way:-

       EITHER by clicking on "cart icon" on top of the home page. Now you will see the short window, here just click on "view or edit the cart" link. From here you will be able to edit or cancel your orders. 

       OR by clicking a popup menu "ITEM(S) IN YOUR CART" on bottom of the screen, then checkout. From here you will be able to edit or cancel your orders. 

QUES 3. How will it take for my order to arrive after I make Payment?

ANS. For that please check our Delivery Timings by clicking on Footer menu "Delivery Timings". If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

QUES 4. What are the payment Methods available?

ANS. At the moment, we only accept Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking (PayUMoney). And we are also providing cash on delivery.
